Great! I'll be looking forward to the development of Wikidot Writer.
What will the difference be between STE and Wikidot Writer? If Wikidot Writer works on those platforms, are you going to replace STE with it?
Kenneth Tsang (@jxeeno)
No, Wikidot Writer will not replace STE because it does something different and targets a slightly different audience ;-)

Are you going to continue to develop Wikidot Writer side-by-side with STE, or will WW take over completely? And how different will the interface be to STE? (I have some ideas of how I would like it to look…)
Edit: you beat me to it tsangk!

I am using the XML-RPC.net library - created by Charles Cook - to connect to the Wikidot API in C#. I finally had a break-through with the code today and am now able to call methods from the API and to show the results on the console or in a text box.
The library is apparently compatible with Mono, which means that the library will work when used in a C# application on Linux or Mac OS X (which is based on Linux).
I just need to make sure that any other libraries and other code that I use is also compatible with Mono.
